Hire terms and conditions
Hire Period
Our standard Hire period is for 1 - 4 days. If needed for longer please ask for a quote.
Condition of Hire goods
All Goods should be inspected by the hirer on delivery/collection, acceptance of condition should be signed for.
The Hirer is responsible for the safekeeping of all goods hired during the hire period.
Any damage and/or loss is down to the hirer. In the event of any irretrievable damage and/or loss the hirer will be charged for these losses.
​A deposit of 25% of the total hire fee is due on confirmation of booking. This will be returned within 24 hours on return of goods unless damage and/or loss has occurred.
Full payment is required up to a week before the event date by bacs, PayPal or cash. In some cases we may able to accept cash or card on delivery/collection.
When collected/returned, goods will be checked by us and the deposit will be returned within 24 hours.

Cancellation information
​In the case of cancellation the following charges will be made:
21 days or more - no charge deposit returned.
21 to14 days before event - 25% of deposit
14 to 7 days before event - 25% of full amount
7 to 1 day before event - 50% of full amount
The day of the event - 100% of full amount

All goods hired are the Hirer's responsibility, therefore, Tashes'nTails will accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury caused by the items hired, however the cause.
